PEACH COBBLER 
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 stick butter
4 to 5 c. fruit with juice (fresh or canned)

Mix flour, sugar and milk until smooth.

In baking dish melt butter add batter. Top with fruit and juice. Batter will bake up through fruit.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
