BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli or fresh stalks, lightly steamed first, then chopped to bite size
12-16 oz. cottage cheese
Med. onion, chopped
3 eggs
8-12 oz. cheddar cheese, chopped and cubed
1 tbsp. flour

Mix all together in a large bowl. Add some spices: pepper, garlic, mix herbs, and salt.

Bake in a lightly greased casserole dish at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until lightly golden on top.

Cool 5 minutes to let set before cutting into. This is a cross between a quiche and a souffle.
