STICKY BUNS 
2 c. warm milk
1 c. mashed potatoes
2 pkg. dry yeast
3/4 c. butter
5 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar
2 to 3 c. hot water
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
butter
sugar
cinnamon
1/2 lb. butter

Mix together milk, potatoes, sugar and salt. Add the dry yeast and stir until dissolved. Add 3/4 cup butter. Next, add flour to make a soft dough. Cover and let rise 1 hour. (Should double in size.)

Punch down and roll out on floured surface. Spread this with butter. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll up, slice and place in prepared pan. Let rise 30 minutes.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

Prepared pan: Bring to good boil brown sugar, butter and water. Pour into two oblong cake pans and cool before placing buns in pan.
