1 can Del Monte Italian style stewed tomatoes
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar

Spread small amount of vegetable oil into mold. Mix above ingredients in mold and chill. Run warm water over the mold to remove if it sticks.
