YORKSHIRE PUDDING (ENGLISH) 
2 eggs
1 c. milk
7/8 c. flour
Dash of salt
Roast beef drippings

Put ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour beef drippings from roast (rump or sirloin tip is best for flavor) to cover broiler pan (pan must have sides) bottom. Pour ingredients on top of grease and drippings in pan. Hot oven for 20 minutes 425 degrees, then reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake another 15-20 minutes. Cut in squares and serve with roast beef and gravy.
