HASH BROWN SPECIAL 
2 lb. hash browns (frozen in bag) thaw slightly
2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
1 tbsp. onion flakes
2 c. crushed corn flakes (or cheese crackers)

Mix all together in large mixing bowl, reserving 1/4 cup of melted butter to pour on the top along with 2 cups of crushed corn flakes. Bake in 9 x 13 inch baking dish for 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
