SHRIMP CURRY 
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. cream of shrimp soup
1 tsp. curry powder
2 c. cooked shrimp
2 c. sour cream
4 c. cooked rice

Cook onion in butter until tender. Add soup. Heat and stir until smooth. Stir in sour cream, curry powder and boiled shrimp. Spread cooked rice in bottom of baking dish. Pour shrimp mixture over rice. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
