SHRIMP CURRY 
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 c. mayonnaise
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. cooked shrimp
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 tbsp. chopped onion
Cooked rice

Blend curry powder in mayonnaise. Gradually blend in milk. Add shrimp, green pepper, pimento, and onion. Heat, stirring occasionally, over medium heat in saucepan, about 15 minutes. Serve over hot cooked rice. Crab may be used instead of shrimp. Yield 4 servings.
