SUMMER TOMATO SAUCE FOR PASTA | |
1 clove garlic 1 c. fresh sliced basil 3 tbsp. red vinegar 6 large tomatoes, cored and quartered 20 black olives 3 tbsp. capers 1/2 c. olive oil Place all ingredients in food processor and chop to desired thickness. Make during the day and let sit at room temperature. Serve over hot pasta. |
