SWEET & SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
3 tbsp. A-1 Steak Sauce
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 med. clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. oil
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, undrained
1 c. sliced carrots
1 c. sliced celery
3/4 c. beef broth
2 tbsp. A-1 Steak Sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 lg. green pepper, cut into strips

Combine beef, 2 tablespoons steak sauce, egg, bread crumbs, garlic and salt. Form into 24 meatballs. In large skillet, brown meatballs well in oil and drain. Add remaining ingredients except cornstarch and peppers. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Dissolve starch in 1 tablespoon water. Stir into mix and add pepper slices. Simmer, uncovered 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
