PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. seasoned salt (if not a salt lover, 1/2 it)
Pineapple slices, parsley, maraschino cherries

Beat cream cheese with fork until smooth. Stir in pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onion and seasoned salt. Shape into ball. Roll in remaining nuts. Wrap in plastic wrap.
