PIEROGI DOUGH 
4 eggs
5 c. flour
1 pt. sour cream

Mix and let rest at least 30 minutes. Roll and fill with favorite pierogi filling. Drop in boiling water. When pierogi comes to top it's done.

PIEROGI CHEESE FILLING:

1 lb. farmer cheese
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar or to taste
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg yolk

Mix and fill pierogi dough.
