OVEN SWISS STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. round steak
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. oil
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. carrots, chopped
2 tbsp. onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
1/4 c. shredded cheese

Cut meat into 4-6 servings. Combine flour and salt. Pound into meat. Reserve remaining flour. Brown meat in oil. Place in baking dish. Blend flour into pan drippings in skillet. Add tomatoes, celery, carrot, onion, Worcestershire. Cook and stir until it boils. Pour over meat. Cover, bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Sprinkle with cheese and melt in oven.
