PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE 
(1) Graham cracker crust
(2) 3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
(3) 3/4 c. sugar
(4) 5 lg. eggs
(5) 1 (16 oz.) pumpkin
(6) 1/4 c. heavy cream
(7) 1 or 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Cream together, cream cheese, sugar, brown sugar. Mix with eggs, then add the rest of the ingredients. Pour into pie crust. Bake 1 hour and 35 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool in refrigerator overnight.
