2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg, well-beaten
1 tbsp. cream

Cream butter into sugar. Mix butter and sugar into beaten egg. Add flour and cream. Drop mixture by teaspoons onto cookie sheet. Bake at 475 degrees for about 5 minutes.
