2 ripe peaches, unpeeled, pitted, cut into chunks
1 can frozen pineapple concentrate
3/4 c. light rum
Chopped ice

Fill a blender container with the peaches, pineapple concentrate, rum and finish with the chopped ice. Blend until well mixed. Serve immediately.
