POTATO SOUP 
4 c. peeled & cubed potatoes
2 c. sliced yellow or white onions
1/2 link andoulle, remove casing, sliced
1 tbsp. salt
1 clove garlic (whole), not sliced
6 chicken bouillon cubes
Black pepper to taste
3 tbsp. butter
1 can evaporated milk

Add enough water to cover potatoes. Bring potatoes, onions, andoulle, garlic, bouillon cubes to a boil in salted water. Reduce heat and simmer, covered until potatoes begin to break down. Just put ingredients through a blender and return to pot. Add black pepper, 3 tablespoons butter and milk. Heat and serve.
