CHOCOLATE PUMPKIN NUT BREAD 
1 2/3 c. flour
1 tbsp. pumpkin spice
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 lg. eggs
1 c. can plain pumpkin
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. nuts

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes. Butter 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Mix flour, spice, baking soda, salt, and baking powder. Beat sugar, oil, and eggs in large bowl. When well blended, beat in pumpkin and 1/3 cup water. Stir in flour mixture, then chocolate chips and nuts. Put into prepared pan. Bake. Cool in pan 15 minutes, then turn out onto wire rack.
