PUMPKIN-CHIP LOAF 
3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Beat all ingredients, except chocolate chips and nuts, in large mixing bowl. Beat on low speed, then beat on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally. Add chocolate chips and nuts; stir until well mixed. Pour into pan, bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 1 hour and 20 minutes to 1 hour and 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes, remove from pan. Serve hot with butter or cold.
