STRAWBERRY FLUFF 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry gelatin
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen strawberries
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 tbsp. sugar
Dash of salt
1 sm. angel food cake

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Fold in thawed strawberries and juice. Chill until partially set. Whip cream with sugar and salt. Whip gelatin mixture, then fold in whipped cream. Tear cake into pieces. Grease a 9 x 13 inch glass pan. Layer half of cake pieces, half of gelatin mixture, then repeat layers. Refrigerate until ready to serve. 8 to 12 servings.
