1 sm. box strawberry Jello
1 sm. carton cottage cheese
1 (#2) can pineapple, drained
1 lg. container Cool Whip

Sprinkle Jello over cottage cheese to dissolve. Fold drained pineapple and Cool Whip into cottage cheese mixture. Refrigerate. Serve as salad or dessert. Can use orange Jello instead of strawberry if you wish.
