RAISIN CAKE | |
1 yellow cake mix 4 eggs 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. allspice 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1 can raisin pie filling Combine cake mix with eggs and spices. When thoroughly blended, carefully fold in raisin pie filling. Bake in well-greased and floured bundt pan in a 350 degree oven for about 55 minutes. When cool, drizzle powdered sugar icing over top. This is a rich, moist cake and does not need frosting. |
