MAKE-AHEAD COCONUT CAKE 
1 (15 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut, thawed
2 c. cream
2 c. sugar
1 pkg. white cake mix

Combine coconut, cream and sugar in bowl; mix well. Chill overnight. Prepare and bake cake mix according to package directions in 2 (9") round cake pans. Frost with coconut mixture. Chill in air tight container for 1 day before serving. (Can be frozen.)
