PEANUT BUTTER TANDY CAKES 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
8 oz. chocolate chips
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter

Beat eggs until thick. Gradually add sugar, then milk and vanilla. Blend in dry ingredients. Pour into 2 (13"x9") greased and floured pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

When baked, remove from oven and put on peanut butter (1/2 cup on each pan). Let sit a few minutes then spread over entire top. Let sit for a few minutes again. Melt chocolate and spread on top of peanut butter. Let stand for 2 hours before cutting.
