LEMON BARS 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar

Cut in above ingredients and press in 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.

FILLING:

2 eggs
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. lemon rind, grated
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar

Mix and pour over bars wile warm. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut when cool.
