HAMBURGER - SOUR CREAM BAKE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 tsp. sugar
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
6 green onions, chopped
8 oz. egg noodles
1/2 c. grated American cheese

Fry hamburger and garlic together, breaking up into small bits. Add salt, pepper, sugar and tomato sauce. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and chopped green onions together. Cook noodles and drain.

In greased casserole, place alternate layers of third of noodles, sour cream mixture and tomato sauce. Repeat twice. Put grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, 45 minutes to 1 hour. Makes 8-10 servings. Serve with salad or vegetable and rolls.
