GRANDMA'S TATER SALAD 
6 to 8 lg. red potatoes
1 vidalia onions
Sweet pickles (gherkins)
1 doz. eggs
Real mayonnaise 1 (16 oz.) jar
1 tbsp. white vinegar
Paprika

Boil eggs and potatoes until done. Run cold water over eggs for 10 minutes and place in refrigerator. Also put boiled potatoes in refrigerator. Cool both completely, then peel and cut up in a large mixing bowl. Chop and add 5 to 6 sweet gherkins, medium vidalia onion.

Mix 1 tablespoon vinegar and mayonnaise by spoonfuls until desired consistency. Smooth surface and sprinkle with paprika for color.
