BARBEQUED CHUCK ROAST 
1 1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1 c. dry red wine
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
3 to 4 lb. chuck roast

Combine first 9 ingredients to make a marinade. Place roast in a shallow pan and pour marinade over it. Let roast marinate about 4 hours, turning meat frequently. Remove roast from marinade and place on grill; cook over hot coals about 30 to 50 minutes, basting often with marinade. Yield: about 8 servings.
