CHICKEN BREAST IN WINE SAUCE 
3 whole chicken breasts (halved and skinned)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. white wine
4 oz. jar sliced mushrooms (drained)
1 1/2 c. sliced raw carrots
Salt and pepper to taste

Place chicken breasts in baking pan. Combine chicken soup and wine. Spoon over chicken breasts. Place carrots and mushrooms over soup mixture on chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Serves 6.
