CREAMED CHICKEN LIVERS 
1 lb. chicken livers
16 oz. sour cream
1/8 c. pepper
1/4 c. garlic salt
1 lg. onion, sliced
2 c. flour
Salt
Vegetable oil

Roll livers in flour and seasonings. Fry in oil until slightly crispy. Add sliced onions. Fry until onions are slightly cooked, then add sour cream and make gravy with drippings. Serve.
