FRIED RICE 
2 c. white rice
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 pork steaks
1 bunch green onion
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. beef broth & water to make 2 cups liquid

Wash rice; drain. Brown pork and dice. Cook diced pork with 1/2 green onions in the 2 tablespoons oil. Add soy sauce. Simmer 1 minute. Add rice. Stir mixture together with liquid simmer 45 minutes. Then add remaining green onion.
