MY OWN STIR FRY 
2 lb. beef cubes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli florets
2 boxes frozen Japanese style vegetables
1 sm. onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. oil
Rice

Stir fry beef cubes in oil in wok or large frying pan. Add onion, garlic and remaining ingredients, except rice. Continue cooking on low to medium heat, stirring occasionally until vegetable are tender. Serve over cooked rice.
