CHEDDARBURGER SKILLET 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1/4 c. water
4 c. cooked sliced potatoes

In skillet, brown beef and cook onion until tender. Stir in soups and water. Add potatoes. Heat; stir occasionally. Garnish with tomato wedges and parsley if desired. May also add frozen peas while cooking to make complete dinner.
