SPEEDY SPINACH LASAGNA 
2 eggs
1 lb. creamed cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 lb. or 10 oz. pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese

9x13 pan.

Beat eggs. Add cottage cheese, spinach, salt and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Mix.

Layer: Put a small amount of spaghetti sauce in pan. Layer - 1/2 noodles, 1/2 mixture, 1/2 Mozzarella cheese, 1/2 spaghetti sauce. Repeat layers.

Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Cover with greased aluminum foil. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes or until noodles are tender. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
