1 lb. ground beef (can substitute ground chicken)
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
2 tomatoes sliced (optional)
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate (10 x 1 1/2 inch). Cook and stir beef and onion until beef is brown, drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread this in pie plate.

Beat Bisquick, milk and eggs with wire whisk or hand beater until almost smooth. Pour on top of meat mixture.
