CHICKEN DIVAN 
5 split chicken breasts
2 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 c. mayonnaise
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/3 lb. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 egg
1 1/2 pkg. flaky buttermilk rolls

Grease baking dish (9 x 13). Layer cooked broccoli. Boil and bone chicken breasts and layer pieces on top of broccoli.

Combine in bowl 2 cans soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder; mix. Pour mixture over chicken; sprinkle cheese over sauce. Bake at 350 degrees (preheat) for 30 minutes. After 15 minutes, add rolls and brush with topping.

TOPPING: Beat 1 egg with 2 tablespoons mayonnaise and brush rolls. Continue to bake for 10-15 minutes until rolls are golden brown. Serves 5-6.
