PELE'S GIN - LOGGED CHICKEN 
2 chickens, cut into serving pieces
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shoyu
1/2 c. gin
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger, grated
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients and soak at least 3 hours. Soak up to a couple of days in refrigerator. Bake in oven with sauce until fully cooked. One hour at 350 degrees. Save gravy for over rice or potatoes.
