Browning dish 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef 1 pkg. (3/4 oz.) brown gravy mix 1 c. water 1 sm. onion, thinly sliced 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Form ground beef into 4 to 5 1/2 inch thick patties. To preheat browning dish, microwave 6 minutes on high. Add patties. Microwave 6 minutes on high, turning patties over after 3 minutes. Add gravy mix, water and onion. Cover. Microwave 8 to 10 minutes on high, or until meat reaches desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper. 4 to 5 servings. |
