MY OWN MEATLOAF 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. ground marjoram
3 c. crispy rice cereal
1 c. hot water
1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. butter
Ketchup

Heat butter in skillet and saute onion and celery for 10 minutes. Add 1 cup hot water and the beef bouillon cube and cook until bouillon dissolves. Set aside.

In large bowl mix meats, eggs, salt, marjoram and cereal. Add onion and celery mixture. Mix well and divide mixture in half. Place in two 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pans. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees until lightly browned, about 15 to 20 minutes. Spread top with ketchup and cover with foil. Turn heat down to 350 degrees and bake 1 1/2 hours.
