NEW ENGLAND MAPLE RIBS 
2 lbs. spareribs, precooked by boiling or baking
3/4 c. pure maple syrup
1/4 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Combine all ingredients, except ribs. Pour sauce over ribs, refrigerate for at least 4 hours, turning occasionally. Grill or broil as desired, basting frequently with sauce. Serves 4.
