PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. macaroni
1/2 to 1 lb. strong American cheese, cubed
1 can mushrooms
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
Seasonings, as desired (Salt, pepper, garlic powder & oregano)

Put 1 pound hamburger and a chopped onion in a covered casserole dish and bake at 375 degrees. Meanwhile, cook 1 1/2 cups macaroni. When the macaroni is done, add 1/2 to 1 pound strong American cheese, cubed and stir until melted. Remove hamburger from oven (I pour off grease) and add 1 can mushrooms. Stir in macaroni and cheese and a can of undiluted tomato soup. Stir all together thoroughly and return to oven for a few minutes to heat. Season as desired!

P.S. I like it very moist, so I either add more tomato soup or tomato sauce. American cheese is the darker kind!
