CHIPPED BEEF DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
2 1/2 oz. dried beef, cut up (Armour jar)
1 sm. onion, grated
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped green pepper

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

SPECIAL TOPPING:

2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. pecans
