PUMPKIN BREAD | |
1 1/2 c. corn oil or Wesson oil 2 c. sugar 3 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 3 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. allspice 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking soda 2 c. pumpkin (14 oz. or 1 can) 4 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. raisins 1 c. chopped nuts Dredge raisins and nuts in 2 tablespoons flour. Add ingredients as listed. 1 large angel pan or Bundt pan. Bake at 300 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. 2 large loaf pans or 5 small pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour (test). |
