SWEDISH COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. honey
1 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
2 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter; add honey and blend. Add remaining ingredients and beat until well blended. If too moist, add flour until it holds together. Roll into balls and place on ungreased baking sheet; bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. These are even better after they've been frozen overnight.
