GRAPE JELLY 
4 c. grape juice
7 c. sugar
1/2 bottle liquid pectin

Measure juice into a pan. Stir in the sugar. Place on high heat and stir constantly. Bring to a quick full rolling bath that can not be stirred down. Add pectin and heat again to rolling boil. Boil hard for 1 minute. Remove from heat, skim off foam quickly. Pour into hot jars and seal. Invert jars for a few seconds then set upright again. Makes 8 to 9 pints.
