APRICOT BREAD 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. orange peel
3 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. orange juice
1 egg
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. dried apricots, chopped

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 55 minutes.

DATE NUT: Omit orange peel, juice and apricots and increase milk 1 1/4 cups and 1 cup chopped dates.
