MIXED GREENS WITH CHEDDAR CHEESE
DRESSING
 
1 1/2 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Dash or red wine vinegar
Pinch of salt, black pepper, red pepper

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; mix thoroughly. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator until ready to use. Use dressing to top mixed iceburg and Romaine lettuce, chopped green onions and cherry tomatoes. Yield 2 1/2 cups dressing.
