MONKEY BREAD 
4 tubes biscuits (country-style, 10 in pkg.)
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 sticks butter

Put 1 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cinnamon in mixing bowl (with a lid). Use 2 tubes of biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Shake biscuits in cinnamon- sugar mixture to coat. Put in 10 inch tube pan.

In saucepan, heat 1 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and all butter to make a syrup. Pour 1/4 to 1/2 syrup onto coated biscuits in tube pan. Repeat above step with remaining 2 tubes of biscuits and then add remaining syrup. Walnuts and-or raisins may also be added.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool 10-20 minutes. Remove from pan. May be served warm. Enjoy this pull-apart finger food.
