1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 1/2 sticks butter (melted)
1 sm. can Pet milk (2/3 c.)
1 sm. pkg. caramels
1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix cake mix with melted butter and 1/2 of the milk. Put 1/2 in 9x13 greased pan (very thick - have to press). Bake 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes. Pour melted caramels mixed with 1/2 of Pet milk. Sprinkle chocolate chips over caramels and chopped nuts. Drop rest of cake mix in spoonfuls over top. Bake 20 more minutes.
