VENISON SWISS STEAK 
1/2 tbsp. butter
2 lb. venison steak
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1/2 green pepper, sliced
4 oz. can mushrooms
2 c. tomato juice
1 tbsp. steak sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Put aluminum foil in 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread with butter, lay steak on the foil. Sparkler with onion soup mix, pepper and mushrooms. Stir cornstarch, steak sauce and tomato juice together. Pour over meat. Fold and seal aluminum foil tightly. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4.
